The midterms experience was very interesting at Korea University. During the week before exams, all of the study rooms and study areas were very crowded. The campus has multiple libraries and reading rooms for students to use, but they still all filled up for the week. At UH Manoa, the libraries are crowded during exam periods, but not as packed as KU libraries. The cafes around campus were also always filled.
One of the places I studied was at the CNN cafe, which is like a cafe that always has CNN news showing.
In the picture, Tyler (another Freeman scholar) is studying across the table. I did not like this seat in the cafe because the faces on the wall was too distracting for studying.
My exam schedule was not too hard because I only have four classes. I wanted to take more classes, but they were all full. It was still okay because I could have free time.
My classes are...
Organizational Behavior (Listed in KU as BUSS 311)
International Financial Management (BUSS 344)
Financial Management (BUSS 207)
Introduction to Operations Management (BUSS 211)
I think financial management is the hardest class that I have out of the four. I think the rest are all normal in difficulty.
